- Our products ship Monday-Friday, except holidays indicated below, and all US Postal holidays. Please allow at least 24 hours for processing of your order. Standard delivery is 3-7 business days after order processing. (Holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day)
- For some orders that are shipped within 20 miles of our Plymouth, NH store, personal delivery may be made. If this is done, you will receive a store credit voucher with the shipping difference, if any.

Produces that are labeled with the "Manufacturer Direct" icon
will ship separately and will arrive via FedEx or UPS. Unfortunately due to this shipping method, we are unable to ship "Manufacturer Direct" items to PO Boxes. Products may weigh less than actual shipping weight due to shipping material. Check out shipping charges for any product by adding the item to your cart. Please allow and additional 6-10 days for shipment of "Manufacturer Direct" items. - Privacy & Security

- Returns & Replacements
- All returns require a Return Authorization Number. Please contact us at wmcollegeforpets@gmail.com prior to returning any products. We will accept returns on most unused products that are in resalable condition up to 30 days after delivery. Shipping must be paid by the shipper. Returns are not allowed on downloadable products.
All products are subject to a 15% return processing fee. (Shipping charges are non-refundable.) Orders cancelled or refused once processed for shipping, or returned as undeliverable, will be treated in the form of a return.
After receiving your Return Authorization Number, repack the item securely with a copy of your invoice included. Please indicate if you wish to receive a refund or exchange for another product. Send your package, with shipping paid, to the address provided with the Return Authorization Number. Upon receipt of the package, your original credit card will be credited for all resalable items, or we will send your replacement product.
If any product is received damaged, or we make a mistake on your order, please retain the packaging material for FEDEX/USPS/UPS inspection and claim. We will fix the problem as quickly as possible. Please contact us at wmcollegeforpets@gmail.com within 3 business days of receipt of your order.
*PLEASE NOTE: Due to health regulations we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges of opened pet clothing, grooming tools or opened beds.
