Our grooming guests love coming to College for Pets. With over 20 years of gentle grooming experience, Shelby will calm and pamper your dog while exposing the beauty under all that fur!
You are more than just a number to us. Plan for a 15 minute meeting with Shelby at your first appointment. We want to learn your preferences, past experiences, your dog’s nuances and most importantly, begin to kindle what we hope will become a long time relationship.
We use shampoos and conditioners made from gentle, all natural, hypoallergenic ingredients.
Prima™ Bathing System
Revolutionary advance in pet bathing. The Prima system cleans from the skin up, removing dead skin, dirt, and odors like no other form of bathing.
How it works.
Air is mixed under pressure with the shampoo and water solution so that when it is released into the coat, it is fully activated for cleansing. The air-injected, low-volume, high-pressure applicator enhances the ability of the shampoo to cut through the oil and dirt clinging to the pet’s coat and skin, for a cleansing you simply cannot get with other methods.
The Prima Bathing Systems’ technology helps rejuvenate the pet’s epidermis by oxygenating underneath the fur, opening up the pores and completely cleansing them of oils and bacteria. This helps restore a youthful sheen and vigor to the animal’s coat, skin, and nails.

"Mike was so dedicated to a problem I had with one of my pups. He went above and beyond to try to retrain her. He gave me his honest opinion with a great resolution to the problem."
"It has changed everything! Our house is calmer and our walks are a pleasure. Honestly, I wish we did this a long time ago!"
"The facility was clean, smelled nice, was organized and comfortable for both myself and my pup. I give another 5 stars."
I know I couldn?t have done it by myself and I owe it all to Mike at White Mountain College for Pets and thank him for the help he has given to my dog and me... I couldn?t be more happy that I decided to go there.
I honestly can't believe the change in such a short space of time and am so so proud of her and so thankful to you Karen for making life with our dogs even more enjoyable.
Today, Finn has readjusted to the household! He still is full of it, but he is a puppy! I am consistent in using the training Mike showed me and our house is happy again!
We now have a safer home, a safer and happier dog, and we are much more knowledgeable owners. The private sessions even gave us the confidence to continue training on our own, and Mike is only an email away.
